At Al Baraka we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, or there is a clear mistake from our side, you may be eligible for return, replacement or refund under this policy.

Wrong product received.
Damaged/defective item on arrival.
Significant size or quality issues (where product description was inaccurate).
Not eligible: used, altered, or improperly handled items; products marked non-returnable; personalized/custom orders unless defective.
- Timeframe & How to Request
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product to report damage or wrong item.
For general returns, please contact us within 3 days and ship the item back within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Provide order number, photos or short video of damage/packaging (for damaged items).
- Return Condition
Items must be returned unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. - Return Process
Contact support with details — we will provide return instructions and an RMA if needed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
- Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad) or original payment method as applicable.
After inspection, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping Charges
Return shipping may be borne by the customer except when the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product). In such cases we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
- Exchanges
If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
